PRICING INFORMATION:  DROP SHIP CONSTRUCTION - Ball park pricing for drop ship Construction.  Colonials 2800 -3000 sf can start at $50/SF for standard specifications.  This includes crane with set allowance by buyer.  Cape and ranches are a little more- call for price.
